Abstract
This article approaches from the traditional scheme of the special part to the interpretation of the content of the crime established in article 456 bis A of the Criminal Code, called receiving, using the tools of the dogmatic-legal method in order to understand the meaning and scope of both the typical fact and the specific applicable rules of punishment, particularly considering the development carried out by the national literature.
