In this paper, a brief examination of the Arab economic situation is carried out, to later explore the Arab-Latin American relations, as well as the possibilities of present and future cooperation between the two communities, highlighting agriculture, industry and tourism as the sectors with great potential for cooperation between the two groups, which remains modest and in an absolute need to think of a convention that aims to guarantee and promote mutual investment. We hold that the Arab and Latin American countries represent a community of states that share a common heritage of history and civilization, both areas possessing considerable natural resources, despite the great contrast in their distribution among their member states.
